Mena on Burberry

Fashion/StyleInterviews

Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s bright-haired and bushy-haired creative director, the 37-year-old responsible for turning the label round from yesterday’s news in the Nineties to super-desirable, super-profitable toast of the fashion industry in the Noughties, greets everyone like old friends.

…Mena Suvari says, “I met Christopher when I was doing a film called Trauma [in 2004] and we needed trench coats. I admire the tradition and the craftsmanship of Burberry. And it’s amazing to find someone in fashion who’s that down-to-earth.”

The Mysteries of PittsburghVideo Updates

‘The Mysteries of Pittsburgh’ trailer is now out. Its getting very mixed reviews, so I am keen to see it and form my own opinion. You gotta check out Phlox (Mena’s character) in the trailer when she flashes her undies! It made me laugh!

EventsFashion/StyleGallery UpdatesSite Updates

Well - welcome to 2009! Im sure a lot of you were wondering where on earth I had gone! Back in November I had gotten a new job which was full time and I havent worked full time before since I have been at home the last 8 years raising my child, so trying to balance work, family and friends has been really hard letter lone my websites, but I dont want my sites to waste and fade away. I am going to be trying my hardest to update them when needed, but if you dont hear from me in a few weeks - I havent gone anywhere, I am just busy and I will always return.

Now back to business! Mena has made a few different appearances over the last few months and a few different hairstyles! I really loved the blonde bob - and I am keen to see how long her hair will grow! Check out the gallery for a few of her latest pics!

At the Belvedere IX Launch she was wearing Alice + Olivia and you can see her ‘13′ tattoo really well!

Film fest to end with ‘Mysteries’ screening

The Mysteries of Pittsburgh

For a special treat at the end of the Three Rivers Film Festival, there will be a screening of the long-awaited “Mysteries of Pittsburgh,” Nov. 23 at the Regent Square Theater.

The film is based on Michael Chabon’s celebrated novel, which tells the story of a recent college grad in Pittsburgh trying to find his way in love and life, during a fateful summer where the possibilities seem endless.
